Job Description


  • Manage Fixed Assets Management (Laptops, Monitors, mobile devices , etc.) \xef\x82\xb7
  • Support day to day processing for financial end to end processing of key financial related artefacts such as updating of Finance Trackers, creation of Purchase Requisitions in SAP system, follow through payment. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage and process claims. \xef\x82\xb7
  • Assist in budget exercise. \xef\x82\xb7
  • To perform day-to-day operations support for Financial Management under instruction from the Financial Lead.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Banking & Finance/ Business Management or related field. \xef\x82\xb7
  • 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution. \xef\x82\xb7
  • Experienced as a PMO Support in Bank Projects or administrative, finance support will be a plus. \xef\x82\xb7
  • Have working experience in SAP system (PEMS).
  • Strong Attention to details \xef\x82\xb7
  • Able to work independently \xef\x82\xb7
  • Excellent internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.
