With the support with our outsource partner, you will be handling the following responsibilities FINANCE Functions: . Accounts Receivable : In charge of billing, e-invoice, online order and follow up payment with Customers . Accounts Payable : in charge of payment to Suppliers, staff and petty cash management. Timely payment of invoices to submit to the outsource partner . Bank Reconciliation against invoice / online delivery and project payment . Assist with tracking and administering grants application . Assist in GST return . Maintain filing of documents and records . Working closely with the Accounting outsource partner, submit timely report to management HR Functions: . To oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions . Recruitment and perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding . Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and insurance . Ensure timely & accurate submissions and processing of monthly claims . Set up employee pfiles and documents . Work with the outsource HR partners on the Reservist/ Maternity/ Childcare/ Insurance Claims . Provide advice and handle all employees inquiries on HR-related matters . Update Employees Handbook . Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Admin Functions: . Support general administration and operations . Monitor renewal of all company purchases and services contracts such as equipment retail outlet leasing insurance pest control software licenses . Ad hoc or follow up duties as and when assigned by the superior What it Takes: Minimum Diploma level Minimum 2-year finance and HR related experience Independent Organized Positive attitude and finding solution with the challenge A person who is responsible to follow through the allocated job and willing to go extra miles to ensure the task is done A person who is curious and willing to take up the challenge for new task.
