Our Client: Our client is one of the Japanese renowned engineering companies. Their Regional HQ office is actively looking to hire a HR Senior Executive to join their team. The Responsibilities: . Their Regional HQ office is actively looking to hire a HR Senior Executive to join their team. The Responsibilities: . Support the regional general manager in regional alignment of HR . policies and procedures . End-to-end talent acquisition of regional HQ staff in Singapore . Planning and executing the company's regional training framework and organizing regional training for subsidiary companies in SEA and India region . Management of expatriate matters: coordinate mobility-related matters and perform on-boarding and off-boarding process for expatriate staff, plan, and coordinate annual medical examinations, . and taxation matters . Correspondence with authorities for compliance and employee issues . Facilitate periodic forum for the various HR teams in the region . Planning and executing employee welfare activities as part of . recreation committee . Other ad hoc duties as assigned The Requirements: . Minimally 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Manufacturing or Engineering Industry . Sound knowledge of local employment regulations . Proficient in Microsoft Office applications . Excellent interpersonal skills . Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure .
