:

Responsibilities:

• Manage financials for monthly, quarterly forecasts and yearly budget planning for ASEAN regional scope in a Siemens business unit.

• Resolve daily financial topics and proposes solutions for the business unit.

• Effectively liaise with Siemens stakeholders across functions and management levels.

• Analyze Key Performance indicators relevant to the business unit and Siemens company and provides insightful analysis

• Understand Siemens business unit\xe2\x80\x99s pricing strategy and implement the changes when necessary.

• Manage complex, huge data points in a matrix organization and translate them into meaningful conclusions.

• Prepare high quality financial statements for various stakeholders.

• Review critical business unit investment initiatives and monitors the monetary returns.

• Analyze and monitor cost of goods, gross profits and SGA across business unit in ASEAN.

• Monitor Asset Management and Free Cash Flow

• Forecast monthly orders, revenue, opex, headcounts.

• Ensure service level agreements are created within Siemens Framework and track the development of existing SLAs.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.

• Deep understanding of a matrix conglomerate organization.

• Knowledge of Siemens businesses and preferably experience in a Siemens business unit.

• Ability to manage and handle large data sets with working experience in data analytics.

• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.

• Ability to manage stakeholders from various functions, across countries and different levels of management.

• Have a comprehensive view of the commercial areas in the company.

• Ability to articulate well and have a strong written communication.
