Job Description


  • Handle full set accounts
  • General book-keeping
  • Prepare payments to suppliers (local & overseas)
  • Prepare P&L statement, Balance Sheet and Journal Entries
  • Prepare payroll & salaries, staff expense reimbursement
  • Track & manage payables and receivables
  • Prepare & track outstanding invoices
  • Quarterly GST submission & PIC Claim submission
  • Monthly CPF submission
  • Prepare bank reconciliation
  • Generate monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Report
  • Prepare financial document for year-end closing audit/submission
  • Any other Finance and admin related matter
  • Company Pick up @ Pioneer MRT
