The Finance Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate payment, collection and reconciliation of all financial transactions and ensuring the proper documentation and preparation of journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Verify bank details and receivables amounts with stakeholders for accurate and timely receipts
• Ensure complete and accurate entry of daily AR financial transactions with proper documentation
• Prepare and generate billing invoices
• Resolve any discrepancies and billing issues as required
• Reconcile cash on delivery amounts and ensure all cash are received
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• 0 - 1 year of relevant work experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Experience working with accounting ERP systems (SAP/Netsuite/Oracle) will be advantageous
• Comfortable with managing large data sets
