• Take a leadership role in Finance for 4 Operating companies in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and America under Global Business Unit (GBU)
• Create Mid-term Plan/Budget for 4 Operating companies under GBU
• Consolidate, analyse and report financial statements of 4 Operating companies under GBU
• Monitor and control cash flow for 4 Operating companies under GBU
• Monitor and control assets for 4 Operating companies under GBU
• Work together with HQ and get well prepared for the planned IPO (any necessary requirements including internal control) by 2025
• Make sure of compliance with relevant laws/regulations/standards
• Keep updating financial policies/guidelines
• Do any other Finance jobs reasonably assigned by CEO

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Finance
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in finance (Preferably Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance or Business Administration)
• Knowledge of Accounting/Tax and Legal (especially in F&B and Franchise area.)
• Business level English is required and Japanese is preferable to liaise with HQ in Japan
• Excellent communication and skill and Decision-making skills
