Job Description

:

• Oversee and manage daily financial and accounting operations, including inventory management, for entities located in SEA.
• Facilitate the review and approval of payments following the authorization matrix.
• Lead, support, and provide guidance to Accountants and Accounts Executives, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of monthly reports (financial and management), audit schedules, and other ad hoc reports.
• Prepare and deliver insightful analysis of financial statements to support decision-making and strategic planning for the commercial and operations teams.
• Responsible for preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and cashflow reports.
• Participate in financial modeling for new projects and other related FP&A work.
• Manage and coordinate all audit and compliance activities.
• Liaise with tax authorities and government agencies on tax and corporate-related matters.
• Engage in other ad-hoc projects and assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Accounting or hold ACCA qualification.
• Have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on accounting and management experience. Prior experience in managing teams across different geographies and cultures is advantageous.
• Exhibit meticulousness, reliability, and the ability to collaborate as a team player who can work independently under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills to professionally manage all stakeholders.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Business Central, or other accounting software.
• Knowledge and experience in Indonesian and Guinean tax regulations are a plus.
