Direct Search Global is working with a Singapore listed firm to fill a position for Finance Manager to be based at their office in Singapore.

JOBSCOPE

• Overseeing and reviewing works done by the finance team
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Developing short-term and long-term business plans based on analysis of the company\'s status and financial forecasts.
• Budgeting and forecasting for the business
• Liaising with external auditors and tax agents
• Mediating between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences
• Calculating the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization
• Evaluating the financial performance of the organization and measuring returns on investments
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance or Accounting (International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) accreditation or CPA is a plus)
• At least 5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager
• An analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software
• Candidates with experience in the marine, offshore sector will have added advantage
