Finance Officer ($3500 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Execute special payment requests for operational purposes
- Process cheque requests (invoice check, obtaining signatures, distribution)
- Liaise with Suppliers and Banks regarding payment queries
- Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
- Daily bank statement upload to accounting and treasury systems
- Bank posting and reconciliation
- Financial reporting and cash-flow management
- Assist in month end closure tasks
- Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in SAP financial accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
