This position is for maternity coverage and the incumbent will be working in a Shared Services environment supporting business partners in overseas offices and in Singapore. * Support budget planni This position is for maternity coverage and the incumbent will be working in a Shared Services environment supporting business partners in overseas offices and in Singapore. Support budget planning, headcount reporting and expense tracking Assist in financial month-end activities with budget variance analysis and commentary etc Assist in value-added analysis and simulations, performance metrics etc to enable timely decisions on business opportunities Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by all of Finance during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review Other related duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience Strong organizational skills, meticulous and comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and formulas Good knowledge of MS Office applications like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access. Experience in Oracle and Hyperion Smartview a plus Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment. A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Working location: East Contract duration: 6 months
