The Company

A well-established real estate organization is looking to hire a Financial Analyst.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you are responsible for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and maintaining accurate management accounts. Other duties include preparing cash flow projections, monitoring monthly performance of key business units, building FP&A processes, and preparing presentations to management.

Your Profile

You should have at least a degree / ACCA / CA or equivalent, with minimum 3 years of experience in handling financial planning & analysis duties. You should have good interpersonal skills as you are expected to work with different stakeholders.
