ResponsibilitiesTax

• Handles tax matters relating to Corporate Tax, Deferred Tax Computation, Goods and Services Tax & ACAP, Withholding tax and tax incentives
• Prepare tax schedule and tax provision movements
• Handles GST submission, Withholding tax submission, tax queries from internal and external (IRAS)
• Manage Transfer Pricing documentation
• Manage India Tax
• Coordinate closely with external tax consultants
• Extract reports from SAP to handle the compiling, analysing and reconciling of numbers from various sources
• Assist in any other tax matters as assigned

• Perform GL functions including month end book closure, monthly balance sheet schedules reconciliations, journal entries to ensure timely submission of accurate financial reports
• Perform monthly analysis of profit & loss and balance sheet accounts.
• Participate in value-add projects to identify and drive continuous improvements in process efficiencies.
• Assist the Finance Team in maintaining a sound internal control system and timely updating Finance policies/guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement.
• Deep-dive into financial data, analyse trends, able to identify key drivers of performance
• Assist in any matters as assigned

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent Accountancy qualification
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in tax and accounting
• Previous tax/audit experience with Big 4 will be an added advantage
• Previous experience with shared service team (SSC) will be an added advantage
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SAP & regulatory compliance
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Highly analytical, organized, detailed, proactive, able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Team player and able to collaborate with others
