Job Description

:We are looking to hire a leading member for our financial service team to contribute to the following work:

• Lead preparation of executive-level meeting materials and agenda items for the Group President and Leadership team as part of regular analytical support/ updates on the SeaMoney business
• Lead strategic projects/ deep-dives into key aspects Payments, Consumer Lending, and Digital Banking covering topics like new opportunity identification, market entry & strategy, profitability and risk of new and existing financial products, competitor benchmarking, focusing on financial and data analytics
• Coordinate insights / run joint projects with relevant Business teams to identify new opportunities / drive measurable improvements in Seamoney performance

Requirements :

• Bachelor\'s degree and above in quantitative fields
• Minimum 10 years of overall working experience
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms
• Minimum 3 years of more full-time experience in leading strategy projects or a workstream in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
• Ability to apply analytical thinking towards business problems
• Experience in working with data, drawing insights, developing reporting templates, and devising practical data-driven solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to manage senior and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills to coordinate processes and projects involving internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate tasks across various stakeholders, manage project progress, and achieve goals in a timely manner
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Strong work ethic and excellent ownership skills

About the Team :Strategic Planning and Analytics team supports Group President and the rest of the Top Leadership\'s initiatives across e-Commerce, and financial services businesses by closely collaborating with Regional and Local teams on a variety of topics.
