Oversee processes related to asset preservation, life-cycle optimization, preventative maintenance, and repairs, including drydocking of managed vessels.

Process Development:
Review and lead continuous improvement in management processes and system implementation for clarity in roles, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Identify issues and propose solutions for management processes and systems.
Cost Optimization:
Monitor fleet operating costs of managed vessels, ensuring cost control.
Provide analytical reporting for ship and corporate management, supporting accurate decision-making.
Incident Management:
Report incidents and concerns to management for decision-making.
Determine if incidents are crises and assist as needed. Inform owners of incidents or concerns.
Team Management:
Allocate appropriate resources to the fleet team for effective ship management.
Identify training needs, develop programs for continuous improvement, and keep the team informed about new regulations and industry initiatives.
Requirements:
Hold a degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or equivalent, or possess Chief Engineer qualification.
Have at least 10 years of relevant experience with a strong technical background in a senior position, managing Dry Bulk Carriers/Gas Ships/Chemical Tankers.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of maritime operations, technical requirements, and international regulations.
Demonstrate strong analytical, planning, project management, and time management skills.
