Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fleet or Technical Manager, with significant expertise in fleet operations, people management, and leadership.
Comprehensive understanding of maritime regulations and industry best practices, especially for Oil tankers and LNG Bunker Barges.
Strong strategic mindset with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency.
Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of inspiring teams and building strong working relationships.
