The Floor Manager must maintain and control a high level of guest service. This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful beverage service, demonstrated by the Bar employees. The Floor Manager is also responsible for the hiring, training and supervising of the employees
Job Requirements
We are looking for individuals who have a good knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, cocktail & beverage lists, merchandising, and accounting.
Applicants are required to have one to two years previous employment in a related position.
