Ensure consistency of product presentation, display and branding by checking the quality of the products, menus, marketing displays to ensure that they are good condition and correctly placed . Checking stock levels and ordering supplies . Responding to customer complaints . Recruiting, training and motivating staff . Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards . Great communication between internal departments and external customers . Any other duties assigned by Department Manager Requirements: . Guest oriented and service focus . No experience required as training would be provided
