Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities The F&B Manager is the core of the Food and Beverage Department operation. He/she must be customer service-oriented and be able to perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision. He/she is expected to work on a shift patterns, and may also need to work on weekends and public holidays. He/she is responsible for offering guests of the bar and lounge an enjoyable, expertly served beverage and/or dining experience conforming to the Company's standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment. 2. Anticipate, in advance, all materials and supplies and assure their availability. 3. Control reservations and seating of the premise with regards to service standards. 4. Possess a management ability that ensures a successful handling of the operation. 5. Communicate with the Chef and Food and Beverage Director to discuss menus, marketing strategies and guest comments and concerns. 6. Forecast covers and revenues and then schedules accordingly. 7. Promote good public relations and handle complaints or concerns of guests. 8. Handle all inventories directly involved with the operation of the Company.
