Execute food and beverage operations 1. Sending in-room dining amenities and food orders 2. Provide in-room dining set up and menu description B. Maintain guest experience 1. Building and maintaining relationships with guests 2. Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service operations 3. Improving procedures and systems Talent Profile 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel food & beverage operations
