Develop new and improve existing food products and integrate them into existing process flow in the production plant.
Source, identify and develop new technology to provide innovative solutions in formulation and process design, shelf life extension, quality improvement or format transformation in the beverages dairy (yogurt),
Assist in the sourcing and application of different packaging for new and existing food products and integrate them into existing process flow in the production plant for clients
Coordinate repair and maintenance of food processing and/or packaging equipment/machinery in the Pilot Plant

Requirements:-

Preferably 2 – 4 years of proven relevant industrial experience in food product processing.
In-depth knowledge of food ingredients, process and packaging technology related to beverage, dairy applications.
Candidates who possess knowledge on the use of different packaging materials, packaging technology and packaging labeling in a food and beverage industry will have added advantage
Self-driven, independent and possess readiness to work as a team
Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
Able to work on night shift and split shift.
Able to communicate in English and Chinese
