Handling of meat products (Cut, Skewer, Pack)
Prepare and process of food items (Halal).
Sanitize and clean all cutting areas and equipments after meat processing work
Inspect meat products for any conformity problems and ensure that non-conformance products are isolated/discarded
Production quota to be achieved
Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Working in a standing position for long periods of time
Comfortable with handling meats and machines
* Have Halal Competency Assessment certificate preference.
