ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a meticulous and driven self-learner that is comfortable with both data and people. The role comes with the opportunity to put into practice multiple skillsets - stakeholder management, data analysis and growth opportunities. Candidate should be able to communicate clearly and concisely across various business teams. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver and gets excited by finding soutions backed with data.

Reporting to Aditya Goyal - the Senior Direct and Chief of Staff to the Founders - the successful candidate will be helping to conduct research, market scan, analysis, and produce insights to support multiple ongoing strategic initiatives across the company.

This is a group level role based in Singapore

WHAT YOU\'LL DO
  • Support the Senior Director with all ongoing strategic initiatives, including research, summarizing insights, scanning the market, implementing processes, and improving internal workstreams.
  • Drive high-priority initiatives that will shape the growth of the organisation.
  • Facilitate collaboration across different Business Units to bring initiatives to fruition.
  • Plug into different Business Units (including Product, Marketing, HR) to help accelerate where needed, including driving various growth and culture initiatives.
  • Draft communications pieces for the Senior Director and Founder.
  • Own and manage meeting notes and knowledge repository.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Able to commit for minimum 6 months
  • What IS necessary is a willingness to learn. Both the Founder and Chief of Staff are ex-consultants. This is a great opporutnity to pick up the consulting toolkit, but do come prepared to push yourself .
  • Comfortable with Powerpoint and Excel
  • Good command of English
  • Keen interest in B2B tech and SaaS
  • International business and / or social awareness, empathy, and / or interest
