Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the sale of CEPAS cards and related products at ticket counters or concession card replacement centers across various MRT stations and bus interchanges.
  • Provide assistance with card top-ups, processing refunds, and handling card claims.
  • Support dispatch tasks to different stations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 or \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level qualification.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Must be comfortable managing and handling significant amounts of cash.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
