The LexisNexis Risk Solutions – Claims Record Unit Operations provides streamline processes in retrieving accident and incident reports from various Law Enforcement Agencies in support of LN Police Records product customers. Our commitment is to provide Insurance customers an easier, faster, accurate and cost-effective way of getting needed accident/incident reports used to validate consumer claims.
Responsibilities:
A CRU Customer Solutions Specialist ensures fulfillment of all Internet orders from different customer platforms, researches various Law Enforcement Agencies’ websites for accident and/or incident reports, and performs data acquisition and validation following strict business rules.
