Trybe, an Institution of a Public Character (IPC), is a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS). Our corporate values are resilience, integrity, service, and excellence. Trybe runs various youth programmes and manages the Singapore Boys' Hostel (SBHL). We provide youth with guidance and offer support for their families and communities, creating a complete ecosystem of care from community-based outreach and interventions, to individual in-care and aftercare services. About the role: .Develop fundraising strategies .Identify fund and grant opportunities .Identify and engage with potential donors/supporters .Manage existing donors Technical competencies: .Knowledge of the fundraising space .Knowledge of fundraising strategies .Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work with different types of people .Good networking skills Core competencies: .Effective communication skills (writing / speaking / public speaking) .Highly organised .Driven, results-oriented Preferred achievements / characteristics: . Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, or any related field . 3-5 years of fundraising experiences . Previous experiences in sales or marketing . Sound knowledge of the social service sector .
