A global banking client is looking to hire a Business Account Manager (Client Services) for their FX Prime Brokerage division.

Responsibilities

Onboard clients to the Prime Services offering and provide client training
Provide day to day support of clients\' trading activities and monitor credit limits
Provide best in class relationship management ensuring all client requirements are met or captured for future development
Conducting regular client reviews
Communicate impact of financial market regulation to clients and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions
Collaborate with internal teams within the bank to deliver effective solutions to client requirements
Work with regional and global teams to facilitate a \xe2\x80\x9cfollow the sun\xe2\x80\x9d model
Work with the Prime Services business and technology/project teams on new product offerings

Requirements

Client relationship management
Prime Services Product Knowledge (Intermediation and Clearing, FIPB)
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience in onboarding client accounts and transitioning into delivery of operational service
