Key Responsibilities According to the department's rules and procedures, synthesize the target Gene required by the customer To perform a series of experimental procedures such as PCR, Ligation Transformation, Bacterial Inspection, Plasmid Construction, Quality Inspection and etc. Perform data record analysis, result evaluation and etc. Ensure that safety production management regulations and product production SOP requirements are followed strictly. Operate experiments independently which include: Gene Synthesis, Vector Construction, Gene Mutation, Plasmid Extraction, Sequence Analysis, Sequencing, PCR & qPCR, Reagent Preparation, Quality Inspection and etc. Problem identified in production process should be reported in a timely manner and actively solve the issues with team Make sure the handover of the experiment on the day properly and do simply analysis of the problem is made of the unfinished experiment To complete other tasks assigned by superiors Qualifications Bachelor/Master Degree in Molecular Biology, Cell biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or Equivalent Solid foundation in Molecular Biology and Cell Biology; strong background in experimental operation; familiar with Conventional techniques of genetic engineering, such as Isolation and Manipulation of DNA (i.e: Primer Design, Plasmid Design, PCR, Restriction Digestion, Homologous Recombination, CRISPR/Cas9 Gene Editing, Transformation, Plasmid Isolation, Sequence Analysis and etc.) Strong sense of achievement; resilient and able to perform under the pressure Team player with good communication skills (verbal and written) Working knowledge of document reading and writing skills
