Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled candidate who wants to join the race of developing RNA vaccine against virus and cancer.
Preparation of RNA nanoparticles using polypeptides, functional lipids and a microfluidic device;
Evaluation of in vitro and in vivo gene transfection efficiency induced by the nanoparticles via intramuscular injection, intranasal administration or microneedles;
In vitro and in vivo toxicity studies;
In vivo biodistribution studies;
Participate in maintenance of equipment and procurement of equipment and consumables used for this project;
Participate in lab safety and general housekeeping of the lab
Requirements
Bachelor in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical Science or Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Familiarity in gene delivery with non-viral vectors and micro-fluidics
Highly motivated and able to work independently
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
