Job Title General Admin Occupation Administrative Assistant
& Requirements
Job Highlights
  • 5 days work week (office hours). 9am to 6pm
  • Working Location: Paya Lebar Square
  • Handling of admin duties and other ah-hoc duties as required
  • Assist in the office\xe2\x80\x99s daily operational matters. Keep track of office pantry purchasing
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management and Directors
  • Provide general admin work and data entry on behalf of the Company
  • Provide support for the Company\'s internal events/activities
  • Handling expatriate credit cards, cash reimbursement, and benefit in kind
  • Run office-related errands for management
  • Assist in Payroll administrative
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Computer literate.
  • Entry Level Candidates are welcome to apply.
  • 5 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week (office hours).
  • Able to liaise with Chinese Speaking Clients/Suppliers.
  • Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply too.
  • Able to work independently.
