Manage handover and return of apartment/hostel deposit.
Provide timely support to all issues raised by expatriates/workers.
Liaise with property agents to get the best rent.
Conduct quarterly check on hostel to ensure cleanness.
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities) Activities
Assist and support HR Manager:
Coordinate with internal on executing CSR activities.
Promote company image in Singapore through active CSR activities.
Promote corporate branding within the company.
Security/Cleaners/Canteen
Company Vehicles & Transportation.
Company vehicles contract maintenance and renewals.
Schedule vendors for car maintenance.
Maintain, plan & schedule of employee company transport.
Renewal of all external contract
Negotiation for service contracts.
Liaise with agent, owner and contractors with regard to external contract - Tenancy agreement, motor car insurance policies etc.
Others
Upkeep and maintenance of Company premises.
Manage vendor relationship and maintenance contracts including coordinating and ensuring smooth operation of upgrading works/ repairs/ servicing or projects.
Prepare & control department expenditure budget.
Any other HR & General Administrative duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business/Human Resource Management with 2 years’ of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
Proactive, strong communication skills, independent and team player
Meticulous, resourceful and motivated
Proficient in MS Office applications
Keen and willing to learn
