Job Specification / Requirement

Bachelor Degree of Masters in management, accounting or related disciplines.

Good team worker, with region head, country head, and local staff not only in Singapore but regional.

Understand company vision & direction, midterm business plan of headquarter and take initiative to deploy those in South East Asia region

Understand management issues of group companies in South East Asia region and provide effective support with country heads and local staffs.

Experience of working at accounting dept at least 5 years or basic knowledge of financial closing are required.

Basic knowledge of Company Act in each country to monitor and support corporate governance in the region.

Basic knowledge of export and import products from factories in several countries in order to settle any trouble among customers in export countries, Sales companies and factories.

Frequent level of Japanese language is required.

Business level of English skill is required.

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Frequent travel might be required.

Specific Responsibilities

Responsible for enhancement of corporate governance & compliance, and support sister companies in South East Asia region to implement transparency corporate management and prevent any misconduct and fraud.

Responsible for enhancement of internal control in the region to support not only accuracy of financial statement but also efficiency of operation.

Responsible for improvement of IT infrastructure to protect company assets and information from any cyber risks.

To support region head to supervise and finalize company strategy, Midterm Business plan and work with country heads to deploy area strategy.

Responsible for Accounting, Human Resource and Logistic department in Singapore
