PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
- Ensures that the Hotel is operating in an efficient and profitable manner whilst providing the guests quality services in line with the organization's vision of total guest satisfaction.

- University degree holder (Hospitality/Tourism/Business)
- At least 10 years of solid Hotel experience
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and front end/back end systems
- Outstanding interpersonal and guest care skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to details
- Rotational shift
Protocols mandated by IATF are strictly implemented.Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- hotel operations: 8 years (Preferred)
