This position is responsible for overall management and performance of Corporate Planning Department and other designated parties including, but not limited to developing and implementing overall corporate business plans and strategies
Reporting to CEO and Shareholder, the General Manager will fully embrace the ethos of the brand and support its purpose to shape and deliver unforgettable moments; manage the day-to-day executive leadership and operations of the business with full P&L responsibility
Monitor progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
