General Manager (construction)
Job Description
Oversees the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Plan and Implement Procedure and Quality Checks for assigned projects. Attend meetings as required to ensure the compliance with the overall project standards, procedures and requirements. Providing guidance and input to the team on the marketing plan for potential job opportunities, tender, execution and completion of all the projects to meet budget and timeline Effectiveness in achieving the desired targets in the specified time and doing the task correctly, timely and at the minimum possible cost. Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of department heads. Lead and motive a team of construction professionals, including Site Managers and Site Supervisors. Identifying potential issues that may arise during construction and developing and implementing solutions to resolve them. * Ensuring all projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
