Job Scope & Responsiblities
1. Develop marketing policies & sales strategy plans and implement them accordingly based on the company\'s strategic planning and annual business plan.
2. Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of various departments of SG company.
3. Develop various sales methods and target customers globally, reaching sales target and collecting payment in time.
4. Regularly or irregularly visit key customers, establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships with customers and peers.
5. Manage, establish, supplement, develop, and cultivate sales teams.
6. Fully implement the sales budget, establish incentive mechanism, and stimulate the enthusiasm of sales personnel for customer development and maintenance.
7. Responsible for daily management of the sales department, effectively guiding and controlling the progress and results of sales activities.
8. Collaborate with relevant departments to participate in key client/project bidding or negotiation and signing of key contracts, approving general contracts.
9. Organize market research, participating in related domestic and international exhibitions, grasping market trends, being familiar with market conditions, and having unique insights.
10. Deeply understand the industry, updating the latest sales information to related departments for strategic business development and price positioning.
