Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 To understand the intentions of the management team, and be able to coordinate/ collaborate not only withing Singapore but also within the region group accordingly.

\xc2\xb7 Be able to communicate smoothly with headquarter in Japan as well as region companies

\xc2\xb7 Overseeing business operations as well as Finance & Accounting (including managerial accounting), Internal Control, SAP, Human Resource and communications

\xc2\xb7 Overseeing the overall operations and support requirements of a Company/ Business.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for improving efficiency company profit while managing the companys overall operations

\xc2\xb7 Financial responsibility including P&L statement management, budgeting, managing cost, monitoring financial health f a location/ business unit, budgetary allocation, not only Singapore, but also ASEAN region

\xc2\xb7 Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.

\xc2\xb7 Optimising expenses and budgets including regional company

\xc2\xb7 Participating in major decisions such as hiring, SAP and/or marketing

\xc2\xb7 Monitor divisions, teams, and departments, setting operational policies for them to follow and supervising their collective performance

\xc2\xb7 Formulates/ review strategies, policies and goals for business growth and enforce all policies, procedures/ guidelines, standards, and cultural values

\xc2\xb7 Preparing management & operational reports for senior management

\xc2\xb7 Enhancing or improving internal control system,

Job Requirement:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelors Degree or equivalent in business management or related field ( ie Finance, Financial Management, Accounting, etc )

\xc2\xb7 Japanese communication skills with Headquarter in Japan is expected

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans

\xc2\xb7 Good at analysis for management

\xc2\xb7 Proven success in a managerial role & strong decision-making ability/ presentation skill

\xc2\xb7 Strong working knowledge of operational procedures & working knowledge of human-resources processes added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Experience in conducting performance evaluations
