You will be responsible for the Development\xe2\x80\x99s business performance and in achieving its mission to bring in the best best talents and creative entrepreneurs from Singapore and beyond. As a member of the Development\xe2\x80\x99s leadership team, you will actively represent the Development\xe2\x80\x99s mission and values as appropriate at Board meetings and external events. Previous real estate management experience is preferred. However, we welcome driven and passionate candidates with strong leasing experience who would like to take on the role of leading a first-of-its-kind DevelopmentThe General Manager of the Group\'s first-ever lifestyle development is key to navigating this new and exciting course. You will have a direct impact on, and oversight of, the development\xe2\x80\x99s growth and performance, having a hand also in managing our creative and vibrant tenant community.Key areas of focus \xe2\x80\x93 include but are not limited to:General Management

• Oversee the overall operational and business performance of the Development
• Develop clear team structures with specific Area of Responsibility (AOR) and Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) mapping
• Work with the Board to develop goals (commercial and non-commercial) for the Development with clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Lead the teams to achieve the OKRs set out for the Development
• Drive the annual planning and budgeting process and ensure that the budget is achieved
• Set and communicate clear operating standards together with the Property Manager
• Ensure that the teams execute based on these operating standards
• Ensures team alignment with the Group\'s mission and values
• Conducts regular audits to ensure quality and operating standards are met
• Monitor adherence to all laws regarding public and employee safety

Building Operations

• Oversee the Operations Team to ensure that routine inspection of the Development such as cleaning, security, refuse disposal, washroom services, building maintenance, sanitary and plumbing, mechanical and electrical, landscaping, and pest control services are conducted
• Ensure that preventive maintenance works are carried out by service providers in accordance with the Contract requirements
• Responsible for the overall smooth operation of the buildings as assigned and ensures that all emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption to tenants and owners

Leasing and Tenant Relations

• Manage the leasing team to ensure that targets relating to occupancy, rental, and tenant mix are achieved
• Administer tenancy matters including administering addition and alteration works, processing of tenancy termination, and the enforcement of tenancy terms and conditions according to Lease Agreement
• Promote good landlord and tenant relationships
• Support tenant-led programming activities and nurture the tenant community

Marketing & Programming

• Plan and implement Marketing campaigns (both brand and tactical) for the development
• Develop and implement high-impact programming activities to maintain vibrancy and for the development to be a top-of-mind destination
• Plan and implement tourism strategy to ensure we meet our tourism KPIs with STB
• Implement of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the Development
• Manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the Development
• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
