Job Description

We are looking for a General Manager who will play a leading role in the setting and delivering the Payroll & HR solutions to meet the market needs. He/she shall be a hands-on, dynamic and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while achieving growth in profits.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the business solutions unit, including software development, project management, customer support and sales and marketing, with the ultimate goal of achieving growth in profits
• Create and implement strategy designed to grow the business.
• Improving the efficiency of the business solutions unit
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of the solution offerings to customers – both internal and external
• Manage the sales and marketing team to achieve the sales targets
• Engage in key or targeted customer and marketing activities.
• Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
• Report key results to corporate officers.
• Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Prior managerial experience in software or outsourcing business
• Strong business acumen and can coordinate processes and operations across the organization including finance and accounting, sales, marketing, and human resources
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or Business Studies
