Job Description
Here in Singapore they have many outlets including one beach club which is quite unique and they are looking its General Manager to develop the sales and customers journey.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day to day operational management of the outlet
- Formulating business objectives and operational strategy to reach the sales targets
- Maintaining and improving the customer service quality in order to push the branding image
- Ensuring efficient and quality services by planning, coordinating and managing staff
- Being in charge of the customer journeys including answering complaints and feedback
- Hands on HR matters such as hiring, training, developing, promoting and implementing performance KPIS to manage employees efficiently
- Being accountable for safety, cleanliness, hygiene of each space
- Working closely with marketing team on events, press releases and partnerships
- 5 -10 years of sales operations experience managing big teams
- Experience in F&B, hospitality industry is a must
- Great communication and analytical skills
- Ability to take initiatives and find solutions to any issues quickly
