Lead and work with different teams to ensure all the business/marketing plans run smoothly
Manage growth and achieve business targets

Oversee training and employee performance

Job Requirements

University Degree in any discipline.
At least 10 years of work experience of which at least 4 years must be in a managerial role with P&L responsibilities (such as general manager, department manager, or team leader).
Experience in service industry such as hospitality, education, wellness or healthcare sectors preferred.
Possess a growth mindset and positive learning attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
