The General Manager Singapore effectively leads, develops and support the growth of Tiffany business in the Singapore market, with direct responsibility for all sales related activities and indirect responsibilities for supporting functions (e.g. marketing, finance, operations etc). Responsible for the achievement of sales goals by developing and executing sales strategy, forecasts, budgets and staffing plans in a balanced way, growing all business segments equally and consistently.
The General Manager is a strong, decisive and collaborative leader who builds a climate of the Tiffany experience and client development by maximising the performance of motivated, engaged employees. The General Manager is a loyal and constant ambassador to build relationships with retail and businesses, clients, functional counterparts and the Tiffany employees. It is an important member of the South Asia Pacific (SAP) management team and a role model on LVMH / Tiffany Values and a champion for compliance with company policies and procedures. Reporting Team: Store Leaders (4), Marketing, Human Resources, Training, Retail Excellence.
