Operations & Process ManagementMonitor material inventory level and ensure optimum stock holding level to meet production needs.Process and raise raw materials and general purchase orders, ensuring on-time and in full deliveryMaintain procurement administrative systems and recordsSupport the documentation and follow through of assigned procurement commitments e.g. timely renewal of supply contracts, tender administration and support etc.Create and maintain SOPs that are compliant to company's standards - with guidance from Assistant Manager - for procurement and purchasing processes across all direct and indirect materials, including NPI sourcing and purchase. This includes relevant process set-up for New Supplier evaluations and on-boarding, new sku listings etc..Supplier & Pricing ManagementBuild strong relationship with assigned suppliers, understanding the capabilities and perform negotiations when required.Support Assistant Manager in Supplier Scorecard development and manage schedules for Supplier Business Reviews.Act as default escalation point for supplier non-conformance issues, and ensure timely resolution e.g. late and/or missing deliveries, material quality issues etc.Conduct periodical supply risk assessment, propose and test adequate countermeasures, for assigned suppliers and/or material category.Continuous Improvements & ReportingSupport KPI development and reporting, to drive visibility, transparency and improvements in supply cost and risk management.Participate in and support process governance with relevant stakeholders to reduce slow moving and obsolete stocks.Participate in or lead Procurement, Supply Chain or relevant business initiatives and reporting, as needed.Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain / Business Management / Purchasing field or diploma in relevant industryMinimum 5 years of relevant working experiences for Senior Executive role, preferably in a F&B ManufacturingGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently with minimum supervisionInterested, please email to : [ Email address blocked ]
