Description
- Build a culture of success, collaboration and accountability
- Driving sales with responsibility of the company's profitability
- Responsible for the full P&L of the business
- Initiate and implement business strategy
- Recruit, build and coach the team
- A strong leader with proven track record in eCommerce / Technology industry
- A track record in driving a technology start-up business to scale
- The ability to drive greater discipline and report to the head office
- A track record in maximizing shareholder value in a platform or technology driven business model
- Autonomy on making business decision
- Fast-pace working environment
- Working in environment that is driven by technology innovation
