1. Understand the local Chinese syllabus thoroughly, have prior local Chinese teaching experience, in order to develop and implement business strategies to ensure the Centre\xe2\x80\x99s growth and success. 2. Understand students\' needs and learning pains well, teaching experience is required, in order to develop and update curriculum and learning tools that are effective in teaching students. 3. Managing and supervising staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees. 4. Ensuring student satisfaction that students receive quality instruction and have a positive experience at the Centre. 5. Promoting the Centre to potential students and parents through advertising and marketing efforts. 6. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure optimal operations. 7. Able to effectively with parents regarding their child\'s progress and any concerns they may have.
