Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and implementing strategic plans, policies, and procedures that align with the overall organizational objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices in construction management.
  • Manage the financial performance of the construction segments, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals to provide a high level of service and support to the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of projects, including cost savings, service delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support business functions such as real estate development, construction, essential services and R&D.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Degree holder with minimum of 10 years of experience in construction trade, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Has an entrepreneurial-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Possesses excellent leadership and team management skills, and can effectively lead a team remotely.
  • Has a track record of delivering results and achieving objectives through effective leadership and collaboration.
  • Has a customer-centric mindset, and is committed to delivering high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker and can develop and implement plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Adaptable and can quickly respond to changing business needs.
  • Results-oriented and has a track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements.
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
