Our client is a rapidly scaling PE backed Consumer Health Tech organsaition globally headquartered out of Singapore. The CFO will work directly with the founders & the board and be responsible for the full spectrum of financial operations. Responsibilities: -
- High level commercial business partnering with the founders and wider leadership team
- Manage the financial & risk management road maps of the company
- Lead the Global finance function from a review, mentorship and development perspective
- Provide strategic oversight of the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases and financial software
- Review and ensure the application of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures
- Identify, acquire and implement systems and software to provide critical financial and operational information
- Evaluate departments and make suggestions for automating processes and increasing efficiency
- Possess a thorough understanding of the company's risk profile in order to develop and take ownership of all risk management and mitigation plans for the Company.
- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors, tax matters and government agencies
- Qualifications - CA, CPA, MBA
- Experienced Leader with a track record within either Consumer or Healthcare
- Start up or scale up experience in Asia is also highly valued
