Chevron is accepting online applications for theGlobal Mobility Processing Representative (Direct Hire Contractor)position throughJuly 29, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time. ***Note that this is for 1 yearcontract employment Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Ensure that assignment letters prepared for new and transferring expatriates, and repatriating expatriates are accurate and consistent with policy
• Works with the sponsor group or request initiator on required information in the job offer preparation (i.e. position ID, effective dates, org)
• Ensures all end-to-end data transactional services for international assignees are processed accurately and timely across all HR Systems—Workday, SAP and AssignmentPro (APro). This includes, but not limited to:
  • Process expatriate transfers for all active assignments
  • Organizational changes
  • Turning on/off of the allowance line items as a result of life events
  • Data corrections
  • Submits HRDM Expat requests, as needed
• Knowledgeable of the payroll schedule and cut-off dates of the population being handled
• Input periodic payments as CDR in APro for capture in the expatriate’s payroll
• Coordinate with GM Specialists, Home and Host country HR, payroll and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of expatriate services
• Partners with Home and Host HR and TR COE to ensure that Secondment Agreements are in place for all active assignments
• Understand philosophy and intent of expatriate policies and processes.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required in any field
• With 1-2-year experience in HR, preferably obtained from Shared Service industry
• Experience in global mobility is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
• Demonstrated ability to influence and gain support from stakeholders
• Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to follow simple and complex work instructions
• Ability to maintain employee confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule including nightshift

Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters. International Considerations: Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
