Job Description

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of HR Data Management Processing Representative – CSI located in Makati, Philippines through June 27, 2022. This position will report to Chevrons Stations Inc. and isopen only to Manila-based employees. The HR Data Management Processing Representative – CSI will be responsible in executing organizational and personnel changes in Workday. ***Note that this is for 1 yearcontract employmentonly Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Learning the functionalities of Workday
• Participate in User Acceptance and end-to-end business process testing
• Perform Personal and Personnel Administration transactions which may include hiring, terminating and transferring records in Workday
• Conducts all the necessary front-end data quality checks prior to entry of data into Workday

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or other related courses
• At least 1-3 years work experience on data management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
• Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
• Experience in ADP Vantage and Workday is a plus
• Amenable to the nightshift schedule
