Chevron is accepting online applications for the HR Data Management Processing Representative (Direct Hire Contractor) position throughJuly 22, 2022at 11:59 p.m. PH Time. ***Note that this is for 1 yearcontract employmentonly The HR Data Management Processing Representative under Data Management & Reporting team is responsible in executing organizational and personnel changes in SAP and Workday. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Learning the functionalities of Workday, SAP HR and ServiceNow
• Performs Personal and Personnel Administration transactions which may include hiring, terminating and transferring records in Workday & SAP
• Conducts all the necessary front-end data quality checks prior to entry of data into Workday & SAP

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration or other related courses
• At least 1-3 years work experience on data management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
• Enjoys working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
• Experience in SAP and Workday is a plus
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule including nightshift
